H. B. 3188 -- " A BILL to amend and reenact §5B-4-1, §5B-4-2, §5B-4-3, §5B-4-4, §5B-4-5 and §5B-4-6 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, all relating to creating measures to analyze effectiveness of economic development incentives; requiring reporting and authorizing the promulgation of legislative rules."
